Mahanakorn

MahaNakhon is a luxury mixed-use skyscraper in Thailand. Design with glass  square tower and a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of the building. In 2014, it will become the tallest building  and the Units of Residences  will become the most expensive condominium in Bangkok

Pace Development’s frontman Sorapoj Techakraisri as he talked about MahaNakhon that he want to make it as The largest progress, in which, consists of two building. First story building, residential units, luxury hotel and second is  story life-style and retail centre. It is a “cube building”, with the four car park level underneath the ground level. High-end projects, to become a reader in this market because there are a small number of projects. Also the way to design and the way to innovate should be great  in order to make this as a high-end projects. Luxury property market, MahaNakhon seem to have the best quality products in the market when compared to the neighbor country, except Singapore. Thailand is only at the ground stage and still there are a lot of room to grow. Signature of developments, are ‘quality’ and ‘design’, which move in to development and innovation. Participating in the AEC, will make more foreign buyers and investors into the market. Bangkok will benefit a lot as a centre of the country. From now until the day we join the AEC the high-end residential property market in Thailand should boom.

In my opinion, This is a great future renovation to the new perspective, which it is planed to design and build the building differently than others in Thailand. In order to grasp people attention and change the point of view of how bangkok skycap would be. Their planed of building Mahanakon, are not only for the beauty of archetecture  but also for the high-end residential. That they think when we participating in the AEC, the economic will run even faster with a lots of consumers and producers. So his way is the excellent plan to do for the open economic world in the future.
